Mallory E. McCarroll is an attorney at Amelia Law Group and practices in the area of business and corporate law, where she focuses her practice on entity formation and organization, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial transactions and business succession planning. Ms. McCarroll also handles various licensing and permitting matters, as well as trademark and tradename registration.
Ms. McCarroll earned her bachelor’s degree from The University of Florida with a major in Economics and a minor in Business Administration before graduating with her J.D. from The Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee.
During her time in law school, Ms. McCarroll received Book Awards in Construction Law and Criminal Law. Ms. McCarroll also had the opportunity to clerk for The Honorable Marcia Morales-Howard at The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, Ms. McCarroll served as a research and teaching assistant for Professor Talbot “Sandy” D’Alemberte, former President of the American Bar Association and Florida State University.
